What You'll Do:
- Lead structural design efforts on complex projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and efficient solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license required; SE license preferred
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in building design
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
