Job Description
Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst to drive revenue and profitability growth by transforming customer data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Pricing within the Strategy & Transformation organization, this role manages customer price requests, analyzes pricing proposal success rates, and collaborates with Relationship Managers to enhance win rates. Additionally, the analyst will support pricing initiatives, including performance monitoring, KPI assessments, pricing tool updates, and SOP reviews to ensure best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact on pricing strategy and business success.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle customer price requests which include performing customer analysis, identifying revenue generating and/or revenue saving opportunities via strategic pricing practices, and crafting a price proposal backed by data-driven decision-making.
- Report on success rate of pricing proposals with the ability to correctly diagnose key factors which are attributed to a proposal's success or failure
- Regularly collaborate with the Relationship Managers to provide pricing guidance on specific customer proposals
- Execute the customer price increase analysis and implement price increases based on the customer's contract terms.
- Assist, collaborate, and build pricing enablement tools as needed
- Report on performance of pricing impact against established KPIs as well as price impact against strategic initiatives
- Help identify additional areas of revenue leakage opportunities backed by data and can be actioned via strategic pricing practices
- Ad hoc pricing analysis requests based on business needs

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prior experience in strategic pricing, finance, marketing, or similar role is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field of study or its equivalent is required.
- Strong data analytical background with a history of turning data analysis into actionable insights
- Core understanding of the sales process and how the pricing function fits within the sales cycle.
- Ability to successfully build cross-function relationships based on trust
- Superior Excel based skills
- Strong communicator
- Experience with using Salesforce
- Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree, MBA, or equivalent is preferred
- Has prior experience in sales
- Has prior experience in the waste management industry or logistics industry
- Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Prior experience using data analytics software such as Alteryx or SQL
