Position Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer (Senior or Staff) to join our team. You'll be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where we design and build scalable systems from the ground up. What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems.
- Develop backend services that interact with APIs and internal microservices.
- Build and maintain infrastructure to support fast development and deployment cycles.
- Continuously optimize performance and address technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on API design and implementation.
- Proficient in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, etc.
- Experience building and scaling complex applications from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI technologies is a big plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, product-oriented mindset.
