Your Career Join our Prisma Access Cloud Service team as a Software Engineer in Test, where you will design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge technologies. You will build, automate, and execute performance testing scenarios for our products within virtualized environments.
We're on the lookout for technically adept individuals eager to gain hands-on experience with a vast array of networking technologies. Collaborating closely with development and product management teams, you will test and present your findings to explore innovative solutions.

Your Impact - Design, develop, and execute test automation for our next-generation security platform as part of Prisma Access Cloud Service.
- Implement inventive testing approaches by building tools and automation scripts.
- Propose and execute improvements to the testing process.
- Document bugs and collaborate with Development to resolve identified issues.
- Integrate your creative skills into a focused testing methodology to produce top-quality cybersecurity products.
- Engage in thorough testing of specifications while assisting the team with testing methods or tools for new testing approaches.
- Gain experience working across various public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to automate cloud orchestration, visualization, and alerting mechanisms.
Your Experience - 6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military experience required.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages, including Python or Go.
- Deep understanding of L4-L7 protocols, such as HTTP, IPSec, BGP, L3 VPNs, SD-WAN, DHCP, and UDP.
- Expertise in REST API-driven automation using Python or Go.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Robot Framework, Pytest, or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with database clusters like MySQL, BigQuery, Redis, Zookeeper, and Neo4j.
- Familiarity with Linux, ESXi Virtualization, or Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Compensation Disclosure The compensation for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary plus commission target (for sales roles) is expected to be between $126,000 and $200,500 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and bonuses.
