Learn more about ENSCO. Position Description ENSCO is seeking a recognized leader in Counter-UAS strategy to launch and lead our enterprise C-UAS training and technology initiative. This individual will drive innovation at the intersection of intelligence operations, sensor fusion, and counter-drone defense, while delivering certified training content to federal and commercial clients. This role will directly support ENSCO's strategic growth in the multi-domain counter-uncrewed systems (C-UXS) arena and act as both subject matter expert and senior program leader. Responsibilities include: Develop and lead ENSCO's Counter-UAS (C-UAS) strategy, integrating training, technology, and operational doctrine across government and commercial markets. Design and oversee the delivery of certified C-UAS training programs, ensuring compliance with federal and industry standards. Serve as senior subject matter expert (SME) in Counter-UAS operations, advising internal teams and external clients on emerging threats, mitigation strategies, and sensor integration. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of C-UAS solutions that combine intelligence operations, sensor fusion, electronic warfare, and autonomous system defeat. Collaborate with ENSCO's R&D, engineering, and business development teams to align technical innovation with mission needs and market opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across DoD, DHS, FAA, and commercial aviation sectors to influence policy, drive adoption, and shape future capabilities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Intelligence Community, leveraging C-UAS expertise as a strategic entry point to expand ENSCO's footprint in intelligence operations, mission support, and emerging technology domains. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in defense, intelligence, or national security roles TS/SCI clearance (active or eligible) Deep expertise in sUAS/C-UAS operations, policy, and risk assessment Proven track record as a speaker, trainer, and published SME in C-UAS Demonstrated experience designing and delivering UAS/C-UAS training to federal agencies or DoD units Experience briefing senior government executives and presenting at classified or FOUO-level forums Familiarity with FAA regulations related to UAS operations and airspace management Demonstrated success leading or supporting capture efforts for federal contracts in the C-UAS or defense technology space Qualifications Desired ASIS certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI) Operational experience at the Combatant Command (CCMD) level GSA-listed training experience Previous government or military intelligence leadership role Proven ability to interface with senior government decision-makers (e.g., Joint Staff, DHS, Congress) Required Certifications: None
