Senior Solutions Architect Generative AI and LLMs

Compensation range: $250,000 - $300,000 + stock options

Role Overview: This is a unique chance to step into a senior role as the key technical partner for one of our most strategic enterprise customers on the West Coast. You will collaborate with technical teams and leadership to ensure effective solution design, deployment, and adoption of cutting-edge generative AI technologies. This position combines deep technical expertise with strategic account management, positioning you as a trusted advisor to customers and allowing you to influence product development based on real-world enterprise needs.
Responsibilities: Technical Expertise
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions customized to client needs.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout solution integration and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with RD and product teams to ensure alignment of technical capabilities with business objectives.
Account Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary technical contact.
- Drive customer success by managing the complete solution lifecycle, from initial engagement to adoption.
- Conduct on-site visits to enhance collaboration with customers and align priorities.
Strategic Influence
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Provide valuable feedback to influence the product roadmap based on real-world customer use cases.
What we are looking for: - Significant experience working with large enterprise accounts in customer-facing technical roles within a deep tech environment, such as solution architect, technical account manager, or deployment engineer.
- Experience with generative AI solutions, particularly in LLM deployment and AI infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in production-level coding and deployment (Python).
- Strong knowledge of VPC environments (AWS).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives to align technical solutions with business goals.
