From data infrastructure to customer-facing features, we prioritize clarity, scalability, and long-term value. As our Senior Solutions Architect, you'll be a critical connector-bridging business needs with technical strategy to shape the next generation of multifamily innovation.

Your Impact

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll lead the design of scalable, maintainable, and client-aligned solutions that support our product and engineering teams. You'll operate as a technical advisor across functions-partnering with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to shape how our technology solves real-world problems. From integration strategy to architectural design, your work will set archtectural standards, influence our long-term direction, and ensure Radix remains a trusted, forward-thinking platform for the multifamily industry.

Key Outcomes

Customer-Aligned Architecture - Deliver scalable, secure, and forward-compatible architectural solutions for enterprise clients

Seamless Integrations - Enable frictionless data exchange across APIs, third-party tools, and Radix products

Pre- & Post-Sales Enablement - Support enterprise sales with technical insights, and guide onboarding with scalable solution design

Internal Alignment - Translate business needs into technical designs and build bridges between client success, product, and engineering

Sustainable Systems - Document decisions, create architectural artifacts, and reinforce patterns that reduce tech debt and improve velocity

Technical Leadership - Set architectural direction and influence best practices across product and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions for high-impact product features and customer needs
  • Design integration strategies and solution architectures that ensure performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability
  • Support sales and customer success with technical insight during discovery, onboarding, and scaling phases
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and diagrams to support engineering alignment and knowledge transfer
  • Conduct architectural reviews, provide implementation guidance, and support sprint planning for large-scale initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and architectural best practices to guide long-term technical strategy
  • Partner with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions and guide the evolution of our technical platform
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex or high-impact product and customer issues
What You Bring

Experience
  • 5-10 years in solutions architecture, software engineering, or systems design roles within modern SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to lead architectural decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders around complex solutions
  • Track record of influencing technical roadmaps and contributing to system-wide standards or frameworks
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise-level technical planning
  • Background supporting both product development and client-facing teams in a high-growth company
  • Skills
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud-native SaaS architecture (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, data modeling, microservices, and scalable system design
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled at identifying tradeoffs and balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability
  • Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar for creating diagrams and architecture artifacts
Preferred
  • Experience in proptech, real estate, or another data-heavy, client-driven industry
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD workflows, and security standards
  • Exposure to pre-sales engineering or technical enablement
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior architects or engineers

Personal Attributes

Curiosity - You're driven to understand systems deeply and ask smart questions

Resilience - You navigate complexity and help others find clarity in the unknown

Impact-Focused - You think in terms of outcomes, not just implementation

Courage - You advocate for scalable solutions, even when they take longer

Responsibility - You own your architecture end-to-end, from design to adoption

How We Work at Radix

You'll have the space to innovate and the support of teammates who care deeply about quality, alignment, and making real impact.
