Apply in 60 seconds at Summary: Seeking Signals Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a multi-faceted mission critical system development and deployment evolution effort. The candidate will provide Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) development, analytic support, signals analysis and design software modules for advanced signals processing. Full time on site only Qualifications & Compensation: 10+ years of experience + Technical Bachelor's Degree Job Description / Responsibilities: Expertise in both coding and signal processing to optimize customer accesses and develop innovative processing solutions Provide SIGINT development and analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses, ensuring effective signal processing and intelligence gathering Signals Analysis - Analyze module/model output from signals of interest to facilitate the creation of follow-on processing, enhancing the overall effectiveness of signal interpretation. Software Design and Implementation - Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or similar design suites to process signals of interest, ensuring adherence to performance and accuracy standards. Novel Processing Solutions - Develop novel approaches for utilizing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) systems to create processing solutions beyond their intended use, optimizing resource utilization. Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers and analysts, to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of software modules into broader systems. Documentation - Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, algorithms, and software implementations to facilitate knowledge transfer and project continuity. Desired Skills: Technical Skills
• Demonstrated experience coding in C/C and Python and C /Python based signal processing tools and libraries
• Experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), specifically REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU Radio, or similar platforms
• Strong background in RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment
• Familiarity with development suites such as MATLAB or X-Midas for signal processing tasks
• Ability to design, develop, and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment Containerization Technologies
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
• Strong understanding of DSP principles, with a background in satellite communications system design and the implementation of these concepts into software Geolocation Technologies
• Familiarity with time and/or frequency geolocation technologies and their implementation in signal processing applications GPU/CUDA Development
• Knowledge of GPU/CUDA development for performance optimization in signal processing applications Message Queue Implementation
• Experience with message queue implementation and communication protocols for efficient data handling Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
