Responsibilities
  • Lead software integration and testing into various digital and embedded environments, ensuring software compatibility and functionality. This position requires substantial software experience and effective leadership of software teams.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple Computer Software Component Items (CSCI) from various vendors, ensuring interoperability and performance while aligning with project requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment on software integration activities.
  • Manage and inspire a team of software engineers and testers across diverse locations and time zones.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Expertise in software development processes, including comprehensive software verification testing from the functional unit level to the system level.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C , Rust, Java, and/or Python.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation, particularly in integrated environments like AFSIM and/or JSE.
  • Familiarity with autonomous systems software development and testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of air combat operations.
Education Requirements:

Required: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Development; an M.S. is preferred. Equivalent experience and/or certifications will be considered.

Clearance Requirements:

Active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
