In our Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing best practices for technology solutions across the organization, while directly contributing to critical enterprise platforms.
What You'll Be Doing: - Oversee a diverse portfolio of technology projects while leading a team of developers skilled in mobile and web continuous integration and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Foster a culture of innovation by staying up-to-date with technology trends, experimenting with new tools, mentoring engineering team members, and occasionally participating in coding tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial security.
- Utilize programming languages including Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go, as well as container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform, along with various AWS services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience does not apply).
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A minimum of 6 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and scripting (Jenkins, Github Actions, Fastlane, Ruby, etc.).
- 3+ years of mobile-specific CI/CD experience for iOS (Xcode, Fastlane) and Android (Gradle, Firebase).
- 2+ years of experience building enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for complex applications.
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, SQL, Python, and Go.
- 2+ years of experience with container orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
The role will be located at our McLean, VA office, with a competitive salary range between $225,400 and $257,200, or at our Richmond, VA office with a salary range of $204,900 to $233,800.
