What You'll Do: - Manage a diverse portfolio of technology projects while leading a team of skilled developers with expertise in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Drive the development of robust cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers.
- Stay updated with the latest tech trends and engage in learning new technologies while mentoring other engineers.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or Go, and work with AWS tools and services, container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various databases.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- 4 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree
- 9+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js
- 3+ years working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
