The Software Engineer will develop, enhance, and maintain diverse software systems including complex analytics, novel algorithms, and real-time systems. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that software components meet documented specifications while debugging and resolving issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in impactful work with a significant scope.

Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance criteria.
  • Debug and correct software defects.
  • Design and code new features or modify existing applications.
  • Integrate software into updated systems or operating environments.
  • Create data queries for databases or data repositories.
  • Write or review software and system documentation.
  • Develop algorithms to enhance system performance and functionality.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer on complex programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Demonstrated expertise in debugging and correcting software issues.
  • Strong analytical skills in software design and performance requirements.
  • Experience in developing data queries.
  • Proficient in integrating software within modified systems.
  • Able to write or review high-quality documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in tools such as Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, and Eclipse.
  • Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with front-end libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with complex database or data repository queries.
  • Proven track record in ensuring software quality control.
