We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to support a growing task that involves innovative design and prototyping within an Agile team framework. You will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems including data analytics, algorithm development, and real-time systems based on documented requirements.
Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Debug existing software and fix defects.
- Create new software features or modify existing software.
- Integrate existing software into updated systems or environments.
- Develop queries for databases or data repositories.
- Write and review software and system documentation.
- Implement algorithms to enhance system performance and functionality.
Basic Qualifications: - 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer on similar programs and contracts. A bachelor's degree may be substituted by 4 years of additional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Proven experience in debugging and fixing software defects.
- Knowledge of software design and performance requirement analysis.
- Experience in developing data queries.
- Ability to integrate existing software into modified systems.
- Capability to write or review software documentation.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, and Eclipse.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with React or similar libraries (Vue, Angular).
- Leadership experience in technical teams.
- Experience in complex database or data repository interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure quality control in software development.
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 Original Posting Date: 2025-02-25

Pay Range: $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
