Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance and support as needed

- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web-based applications
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React
- Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
