Responsibilities
TikTok Lead Ads team is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform. This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI. Our team owns the end-to-end stack for lead ads, including customer and user experience, ads ranking and delivery, leads management as well as CRM ecosystem. We are looking for software engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable systems, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development of scalable and reliable systems aligned with product targets and requirements.
• Build solutions within areas of lead ads management, CRM integration and ecosystem to lay the foundation of lead ads growth.
• Responsible for the team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Define long-term technical roadmaps and contribute to technical decisions on the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors with 5+ years of work experience.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Go, C/C , Python.
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stack, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, data pipeline. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the advertising industry.
• Experience with full-stack development.
Job Information
For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $280000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
