We're Looking For a Senior Pega Engineer. Our team is looking for someone who has a passion for developing performant and robust Pega applications while supplying the continued evaluation and advancement of Pega technologies in a given organization.

At InRhythm, You Will:- Be responsible for driving the design and implementation of Pega case management systems and business process automation for consumer businesses.
- Work with stakeholders, call center agents, and interfacing teams to build business-critical case management and business process automation applications that will enable us to provide an industry-leading user experience.
- Identify pitfalls ahead of time, raise concerns, and manage expectations with all stakeholders.
- Facilitate and develop process workflow required to support the implementation of engineering solutions.
- Process model design and development, integrations, and general implementation of Pega components.
- Create sophisticated, research-based prototypes that showcase the designed solutions to stakeholders, technologists, and users.
- Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and address defects.
- Collaborate with globally located cross-functional teams in building customer-centric retail consumer banking products or supporting services.
- Build trusted partnerships with product managers, vendors, and external partners.
- Define and break out epics/features for others, while maintaining a sense of the whole picture.
- Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally.
- Help InRhythm's technology division by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, mentoring less-experienced engineers, hosting tech talks and workshops, identifying industry trends to discuss, and participating in practice activities.
Requirements- 5+ years of professional engineering experience with Pega 7 and Pega 8 platform implementation
- 2+ years of SQL relational database engineering experience
Recent certifications for one of the following:- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect
- Pega CPM Architect (CCA)
- Pega Certified Customer Service System Architect
- Pega Certified User Interface Specialist
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant
Experience with Pega and Pega Collections features, such as the following:- Activity

- Using APIs to integrate the Pega platform with other micro-services
- Working with Web Services including REST or SOAP
- Building integrations using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Designing integration components using Pega Frameworks
- Performance Tuning including Performance Analyzer (PAL), Log Analyzer, DB Tracer or Preflight
- Working on projects using Agile Methodology
- Designing, developing, integrating and testing Pega's customer decision hub framework applications to support implementations for different lines of businesses
- Working on Pega Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) data extraction for analytical reporting
- Migrating between major Pega versions
