Senior Software Engineer

Design and implement complex software solutions by creating scalable and optimized systems using high-level programming languages and state-of-the-art technology; lead the development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, including system design, coding, testing, and integration; analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers; evaluate the software and systems that make computers and hardware work, applying advanced problem-solving techniques to rectify issues and enhance functionality; enhance software performance by conducting system audits, monitoring performance metrics, and refining application frameworks; establish architectural standards that enhance user experience and are optimized for future adjustments and scalability; lead software programming initiatives by setting timelines and determining design methodologies and toolsets; and ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May need to work in other locations as required. Requirement: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science/Application, Engineering, Electronics, IT, Information Systems, or related area and at least 5years experience.
