Position Overview We seek a
Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting critical firm initiatives focused on whole loans. This role involves developing internal tools, modernizing APIs, and providing production support for time-sensitive systems. You will work closely with portfolio managers, research teams, and other stakeholders to build scalable, high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Developed and maintained software solutions for whole loan processing, portfolio management, and structured products.
- Design and enhance APIs, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines using modern, scalable architectures.
- Provide production support for externally facing systems with time-sensitive requirements.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliations to validate system functionality.
- Collaborate with research, risk, and portfolio management teams to improve internal tools and workflows.
- Design and implement robust front-end interfaces for external users.
Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in financial services or investment management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming, database engineering, and query optimization.
- Expertise in C , JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with data engineering, structured products, and whole loans is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting a trading desk at an investment management firm is highly desirable.
