About Sprinter Health Sprinter Health is rethinking how healthcare gets delivered-bringing high-quality, preventive care directly into patients' homes using smart logistics, real-time clinical ops, and deeply integrated technology.
Since launching in 2021, we've:
Served
50,000+ patients Grown
6x in 2024 (and
5x the year before)
Covered
60%+ of the U.S. population Partnered with
6 of the top 10 largest U.S. health plans Raised
$70M+ from a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel
Now we're building out the core infrastructure that powers all of this-and data is right at the center.
The Role We're looking for a
Senior Software Engineer to lead and shape Sprinter's new
Clinical Data Platform team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the systems that unify our clinical, operational, and logistics data-and make them usable across everything from AI to analytics to care coordination.
If you're excited to architect systems that directly impact millions of patients-while wrangling gnarly healthcare data formats into something elegant-this is your role.
What You'll Work On We're solving some deeply interesting problems at the intersection of data, healthcare, and operations:
Uncover care gaps and predict patient risk through structured longitudinal data
Generate pre-visit clinical summaries via LLMs grounded in patient history
Standardize engagement + visit data across diverse EHR and claims formats
Catch anomalies and errors in inbound medical data using automated validation
Build a robust data warehouse from the ground up-supporting ML, reporting, and downstream systems
You'll own key technical decisions and help build a small, senior team around you.
