Your Responsibilities: - Engage actively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions across full-stack development.
- Stay ahead of tech trends by experimenting with new technologies, contributing to technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
- Work alongside digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud solutions that empower financial freedom.
- Utilize programming languages, including Python, Java, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as various databases and AWS tools.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience is not included).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following: Python, Scala, Go.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

The compensation for roles may vary depending on the location. For example, in McLean, VA, the salary range for this position is $158,600 - $181,000 for a Senior Software Engineer. Additional performance-based incentives may be offered.
