About The Role: As a Senior Software Engineer at LINQ Nutrition, you will act as a technical visionary and leader within our cross-functional team, shaping the architecture and future of our platform. You will own the design and development of complex, business-critical applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, scalability, and quality. Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers, you'll provide thought leadership and mentor team members to achieve technical excellence.

Primary Objectives: - Technical Leadership - Drive the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level applications and establish engineering best practices across the team.
- Strategic Vision - Shape the technical roadmap for LINQ Nutrition's platform and influence broader technical strategies within the organization.
- Mentorship and Collaboration - Guide and mentor engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What You'll Be Doing: - Architecting and developing a robust web-based SaaS platform using .NET Core, .NET Framework, Angular, AngularJS, and Microsoft SQL.
- Leading efforts to integrate cutting-edge AWS tools and features to optimize scalability and performance.
- Collaborating with Product Teams to define and refine technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Driving end-to-end technical design discussions to ensure optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Overseeing code quality and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Taking ownership of large-scale projects, delivering them on time while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in both technology and processes, driving meaningful change across the organization.
What We Are Looking For: - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of at least 10 years in software development, with a significant focus on .NET technologies, architecture, and cloud solutions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of modern development practices, including microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
What Will Make You Stand Out: - Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET Framework/Core.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS/Angular, and front-end development.
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Prior experience in EdTech or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms.
