Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation efforts for complex ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to multiple teams during solution development.
  • Work alongside analysts, peers, and stakeholders to develop sophisticated systems.
  • Accurately estimate software development tasks based on specified requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend secure coding practices and tools, driving essential improvements.
  • Define and recommend quality metrics, aiming to enhance reliability and cycle time.
  • Present system changes and designs to your colleagues with clarity and precision.
  • Offer procedural guidance to fellow team members and key stakeholders.
Skills:
  • Commitment to adhering to relevant technical strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Engage in review sessions of your work and lead reviews for colleague contributions.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing Scripted REST APIs for system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Development, focusing on custom applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, is a plus.
  • Strong competencies in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and API development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Alternate combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Certification in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development (CSA, CAD) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Micro or Implementation Certifications.
  • Agile Certifications.
The company offers a competitive salary ranging from $119,600.00 to $199,400.00, based on location and candidate qualifications. Additional compensation may include incentives and bonuses.
