Job Responsibilities: - Create robust and scalable solutions for our SaaS application in the real estate sector.
- Work autonomously or collaborate in a small team environment.
- Take project leadership for 1-3 engineers based on your preference.
- Engage primarily with a tech stack featuring 95% Go, supplemented by Python, React, and TypeScript. While familiarity with all technologies isn't required, we seek engineers eager to learn new tools and languages.
- Focus primarily on backend development, but be open to contributing to other areas including machine learning models, AWS, and UI as needed.
Qualifications: - Experience in a startup environment.
- Minimum of 7 years in professional engineering roles (ideally 10-20) managing large server-side projects using strongly typed languages.
- Proficient in solving complex engineering challenges typical of a startup setting.
- Language-agnostic with a preference for Go, and foundational skills in other languages like Kotlin, Java, C , Rust, C , or Scala.
- Open to innovative solutions without being dogmatic about specific methodologies.
- Successful track record of leading significant team projects.
- Ability to mentor and guide fellow developers.
- Willingness to work across the entire technology stack, from backend operations to UI development.
Nice to Have: - Experience with SaaS platforms.
- Skills across the stack, particularly in DevOps, machine learning, Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
