These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSG's cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. One exciting opportunity is for a Software Development Engineer Senior with product development experience to join our growing teams.We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer who will:You will continuously develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.You will support the platform in customer-facing environments, including troubleshooting issues and monitoring the system.You will optimize code and stay updated with emerging technologies.You work well within a team environment using Agile, Scrum, test automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous DeploymentIs this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who has:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of technical experience in general application development.Have practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies (scrum).Demonstrate solid programming ability in a major programming language - C and .NET framework preferred.Experience building REST based API's.Solid grasp of relational database platforms and access patterns - PostgreSQL preferred.Experience with cloud computing infrastructure - AWS preferred.Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in the telecom BSS business domain a plus.Experience with billing, accounting, and revenue management systems a plusImpactAlways help and empower others, whether they're colleagues or customers.
