Typical wage range for this position is
$160,000.00 to $190,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO A senior software developer at Merrick plays a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of our operations. The selected candidate will be instrumental in developing new features and applications, as well as managing internal systems, applications, and other technologies.
This role will also: - Oversee systems and applications development.
- Design and implement solutions that deliver and analyze information efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive operations services for application management and development.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of program management related processes.
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline operational processes.
- Play a significant role in the ITS team, participating in special projects and task forces as required.
- Assist in routine IS support tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field with fifteen (15) + years of design/development experience
- Engage in hands-on programming: Actively participate in coding, debugging, and software development tasks to create and maintain high-quality applications.
- Proven track record of staff management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in the areas of project management, application support, system analysis and design.
- Proven success in the area of system integration
