Design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
Supervise computer programmers Requirements MS or MA degree in a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline
6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant associate degree
10+ years of experience performing the duties below
3 years' experience with CICD pipelines, SQL, Java, JavaScript, containers, and micro-services architecture 2 years' experience with HTML, Git and CSS
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent
Must have an active Top Secret security clearance Preferred Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience with SAFe, AMQP (RabbitMQ)
Java ORM such as hibernate, Java with spring or Java EE
Restful web services, SPA, ReactJS/Redux, Websockets
