Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, Bromsgrove
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction, New build housing, House building
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Per annum

A National Housing Developer with a reputation for high quality homes has a new site kicking off in Bromsgrove and are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team.
Offering a personal progression plan from day one and the opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager within 12 - 18 months.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Monitor and report on progress to the Project Manager
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
- Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Site Manager role with a PLC Housing Developer
- Demonstrated experience in traditional new build housing projects
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily on construction sites
- Regularly work extended hours to meet project deadlines
