This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional site visits and meetings in the central Pennsylvania area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project design and permitting strategies to meet client goals.
- Lead a design team to produce high-quality engineering plans and documents.
- Deliver professional testimony and presentations to clients, agencies, and municipal boards.
- Manage project finances to ensure timely and profitable execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Mentor junior staff to promote growth and development.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of site design and permitting experience.
- Expertise in industrial, commercial, retail, and residential projects.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with client presentations and professional testimony.
- Located in the central Pennsylvania area for occasional site visits and meetings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
