Responsibilities
- Design server farms
- Guide installations and migrations
- Design MOSS architecture (site collections, site group and permission, content type)
- Perform capacity planning
- Apply SharePoint best practices
- Lead customer SharePoint engagements
Required Skills/Experience
- Proficiency with SharePoint WSS, SSP, WCM, including the creation of custom web parts
- Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of portal solutions
- Strong understanding of collaboration processes and issues
- C development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design)
- Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Experience managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint 2010 is desirable
