Job Summary/Company: Our client's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a SECRET Clearance to be part of an established team supporting our federal client in Washington, DC. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and supporting scoped applications, as well as participating in the ongoing improvement of ServiceNow ITSM processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and maintain high-quality ServiceNow functionality across the platform.
please note you MUST live within 50 miles of Washington DC AND have an active SECRET clearanceResponsibilities:
- Develop and support scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with the design and implementation of ITSM workflows and improvements aligned with best practices.
- Build custom solutions that enhance user experience and drive process automation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on architectural decisions and platform enhancements.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and automation.
- Support CMDB-related enhancements and data integrity initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance analytics reports as needed.
- Ensure code quality and maintain platform stability through adherence to CICD practices.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and business analysts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- 2+ years of experience developing scoped applications
- 1+ years of experience with ITSM module development and best practices
- 1+ years of experience with CMDB data modeling or administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
