Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on developing of ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules and partner with enterprise tools/systems to integrate as needed
  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
  • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of solutions
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 8 years of ServiceNow Development Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Lead complex cross functional initiatives. Experience working with customers/stakeholder and cross functional engineering teams to identify business and platform needs/problems, design solutions and take ownership of end to end development, deployment and maintenance of solutions.
  • Strong hands on coding experience and ability to deliver software systems with high quality.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capability. Be the SME for customers and go-to-person for engineering team members for solving complex engineering problems. Mentor and level up engineers through code review, architecture/design review and mentoring.
  • Proven record of introducing new tools and technologies to improve software systems and teams productivity.
  • 8+ years of Experience with ServiceNow platform and application development. Expert level understanding of
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows e
  • ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow development tools
  • Creating, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
  • Create and configure functional data such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements.
  • Work with the customer to ensure the configuration of ServiceNow meets their overall requirements including drafting technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT Operations Management
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Workflow Development
