Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, including a strong background in ServiceNow development, administration, and integration. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to design and implement enterprise-level solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and manage complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Implement performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances.
  • Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and deploy code in accordance with best practices.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, applying them to current environments when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years specifically in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom application development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (LDAP, SSO, AD, SCCM, Azure, etc.).
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ITIL v3/v4 Certification
