The person appointed will be part of the Corporate Technology Team and will play a key role in the transition of the Service Desk within Shawbrook Bank. They will be a technically skilled individual providing support to all staff and associates across the business. This support will cover hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological tools and products. They will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive outcome with every resolution.
As a senior team member, you will have responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the team, including mentorship and training of junior members.
This is an exciting and diverse role where no two days are the same. You should have a passion for IT and a willingness to learn and develop your personal skills and knowledge to support your own progression and the company's growth.
Company-specific training will be provided, but it is essential that the candidate has strong knowledge of IT Support and systems administration. Customer excellence is crucial, and 5-star customer service skills are key to success in this role.
You will be part of the Service Excellence Team, which includes Service Desk and Deskside Support.
