We are seeking a Senior SEO & Website Analytics Analyst to drive data-informed SEO strategies and web performance optimization for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead SEO initiatives - including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO - while leveraging advanced website analytics to measure impact, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions. You will develop and interpret key performance metrics, build actionable reporting frameworks, and translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that enhance digital performance. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with deep expertise in SEO, content optimization, and web analytics, capable of managing multiple senior-level client engagements and presenting data-backed insights to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

You will lead SEO and web analytics projects and help develop a steady pipeline of work. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing digital content for search visibility, overseeing website performance analytics, and producing data-driven insights to improve online user engagement. You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO and website audits, identifying optimization opportunities using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to enhance performance and visibility.
  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies, applying technical, on-page, and off-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings and support business objectives.
  • Plan and execute advanced analytics implementations, ensuring accurate tracking of website performance, user behaviour, engagement, and conversions to drive actionable insights and fuel reporting.
  • Provide technical SEO and analytics expertise for website projects, including new builds, redesigns, and updates, ensuring proper site architecture, schema markup, tagging implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, developers, designers, writers, and internal teams to implement SEO and analytics strategies.
  • Manage client projects and deliverables, meeting deadlines and maintaining efficiency through project management and time-tracking tools.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously adapting strategies based on algorithm updates, search engine changes, AI advancements, and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as the go-to SEO and analytics expert, educating clients and internal teams through presentations, strategy sessions, reports, and ongoing discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of SEO and website analytics experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Deep expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Moz
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or other similar tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
