As a Sr. Security Engineer, you will collaborate with public and private partners to create cutting-edge cybersecurity guidance and reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to network with top security specialists from various organizations within a dynamic public-private intelligence fusion center. Your strong knowledge of OT, utilities, or industrial control systems cybersecurity will be highly valued and essential for this position.
Core Responsibilities - Responsible for staying up to date on cyber threat intelligence
- Provide expertise to guide threat management strategy
- Develop cyber awareness, investigation, and remediation reports
- Develop threat-hunting packages and track remediations for findings
- Update metrics and dashboards
- Work with external stakeholders and provide analysis on industry direction
- Attend external corporate events
- Provide guidance and training to junior analysts
- This position is 3 days a week on-site in Golden, CO
Required Education/Experience - Master's Degree Preferably IT/Cyber/computer science/related and with a minimum of six (6) years of work-related experience. or
- Bachelor's Degree Preferably IT/Cyber/computer science/related and with a minimum of eight (8) years of work-related experience.
Required Work Experience - Top Secret Security clearance, or eligible.
- Previous cybersecurity experience is required.
- Previous senior-level experience with cyber threat intelligence
Preferred Work Experience - Previous security clearance
- Previous utility experience
- Previous OT/ICS experience
