Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Scrum Master to coordinate our cross-functional Agile development team. This role is pivotal in utilizing the principles and tools of the scrum framework to ensure successful project completion.
You would be part of a team that performs design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud-based systems within our Government customer's existing infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

• Coordinate a cross-functional Agile development team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

• Assume a servant leadership role to support and empower a self-organized team in completing scrum projects.

• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments to progress, ensuring the team can work efficiently.

• Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned and focused.

• Backlog Management: Identify and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and up-to-date.

• Support and Mentorship: Support, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.

• Progress Tracking: Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to gather necessary information.

• Reports to leadership and stakeholders and is open to receiving direction and feedback.

• Collaborates with software developers, network engineers, and Government leads.

• Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely manner.

• Stays up-to-date with the latest Agile SAFe, cloud technologies and best practices.
