About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Scrum Master within the Enterprise Functions Technology Group (EFT). In this role, you will be supporting our innovative agile environment and leading end-to-end project execution of our digital transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will help enable and accelerate quality outcomes by assertively and proactively raising issues to influence change. Your contributions in this role will be an important element of our agile practice, helping realize our vision to enable and continuously improve our Scrum Master and Kanban Lead community.

In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact that involve moderately complex projects, non projects, or maintenance work
  • Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
  • Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Partner with discipline managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
  • Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams
  • Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • 4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 4+ years of client relationship management experience
  • 4+ years of Agile experience
  • 4+ years of JIRA experience
  • 4 + years of Confluence WikiD experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading technical development teams
  • Risk Management Experience

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$106,300.00 - $188,900.00
