Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant to manage and drive the implementation and support of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD/CS functionalities aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SD/CS implementation and support projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Configure SAP SD and CS modules, including order processing, billing, service orders, and warranties
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP) to ensure seamless integration
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) and guide junior consultants
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing)
- Solid understanding of SAP CS (Service Contracts, Notifications, Repairs)
- Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and logistics modules
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- S/4HANA experience is a plus.
