Exciting Opportunity: Senior SAP Functional Analyst - HCM Payroll

Core Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to be the primary custodian of SAP business process groups. In this role, you will visualize, recommend, design, deliver, and deploy major process introductions or changes. You will ensure business continuity through adequate documentation and training for personnel on critical processes.

Academic / Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree with strong postgraduate training and development relevant to the business area.

Candidates without the following will not be considered:

  • Minimum of 6 years of IT industry experience, with 3-4 years of specific domain and technical expertise.
  • At least 4 years of experience in handling SAP application design, development, and support, focusing on the configuration and transactions of designated SAP modules relevant to the HCM payroll process group serviced by Almarai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP HCM Payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SAP solutions.
  • Provide documentation and training to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.
  • Analyze and optimize existing payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
