Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions.
- Stay updated on tech trends and share your knowledge by mentoring fellow engineers and participating in tech communities.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to create cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize coding languages like JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, along with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Native, VisualForce, and the Lightning framework.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Engineering (excluding internships).
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Software Engineering (Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL).
Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL).
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.

The salary range for this role is as follows: Remote: $144,200 - $164,600. McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000. Actual salaries will be included in offer letters based on location.
