We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves building scalable solutions, writing clean and reliable code, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. You'll play a key role in implementing features, integrating systems, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Build and maintain high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Develop scalable and maintainableworkflows, automations, and triggersto streamline business processes.
- Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex bugs, system errors, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineersto translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Follow architectural direction and best practices provided by leads or architects.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain clear documentation.
- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:- Hands-on experience building in Salesforce with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling,
security, and sharing rules. - Experience using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with system integration patterns and external APIs.
- Ability to debug, diagnose, and resolve performance issues efficiently.
- Experience in Agile/ Scrum environments with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to languages or frameworks like Python, TypeScript, React, or C is a plus.
- Experience in real estate,lending, orfinancial services is a plus.
