Akkodis is seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer Leader for a
Contract job with a client in
Windsor, CT(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding and integration best practices, with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Salesforce Developer Leader job responsibilities include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce tools
- Establishing and enforcing development standards, code quality, and best practices across teams
- Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical leadership
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and drive the Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security/sharing models, and role hierarchies
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Git)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise-level implementations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
