Trident Consulting is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer for one of our clients in San Ramon CA (Hybrid)

Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: San Ramon, CA (Hybrid) - (Tue to Thursday)

Type: Contract to hire - W2

Need only local candidates who can go for onsite - Hybrid mode - 3 days in a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on coding experience and a Salesforce certification to join our team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, extensive experience in Salesforce development and customization, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to support business processes in the financial services industry.

Write clean, efficient, and optimized Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Triggers.

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

Perform data migrations, transformations, and deployments using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement best practices.

Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Manage and configure Salesforce security settings, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and new features, implementing enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce,

Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II) is required.

Experience working in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management, etc.) and knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce clouds is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Salesforce development tools like Git, Jenkins, a

Familiarity with third-party integrations, API development

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

Knowledge of Lightning Experience customization and migration strategies.
