- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, Middleware).

Job Description:
A hospitality client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Salesforce Development Manager to their application development team. The ideal candidate would have extensive expertise in Salesforce development with a passion for leading a growing team of developers. As a manager level employee, this individual would be directly leading a team of developers, however, would still be expected to assist with production as needed. This role would involve hands-on coding (10%), mentoring and team leading (10%), documentation and reporting (20%), stakeholder interaction (20%), and architecture solutioning (40%). This is a hybrid role requiring Monday-Thursday onsite in Orlando, FL and remote Fridays. The pay range for this opportunity is $70-80/hr based on experience.
Compensation:
$140,000/yr to $160,000/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
