Job Overview: We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer to join our agile development team in supporting and enhancing Salesforce-based applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors), and integration tools.
- Support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in agile ceremonies.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience including LWC and OmniStudio.
- Proficient in: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flows, Triggers, Reports & Dashboards.
- Experience with asynchronous processing (Platform Events, Async Apex, Queueable Apex).
- Hands-on with Experience Cloud and OmniStudio deployment tools (IDX Workbench, VBT, Salesforce CLI).
- Strong background in Salesforce API integrations and real-time data processing.
- Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I, II, and OmniStudio Developer certifications.
Preferred Skills: - CI/CD experience and knowledge of GitHub/Bitbucket version control.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Background in K-12 education domain is a plus.
