Salesforce Administrator (with Development Experience)
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in both administration and development to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This hybrid role requires a self-motivated professional who can work across departments to maintain, enhance, and expand our Salesforce platform-including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service-while also contributing to development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including data management, user access, and security configuration.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support the development and rollout of new features and enhancements using declarative tools and custom code when necessary.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train and support end-users, promoting best practices and system adoption across departments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend applicable features and improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
