Salesforce Administrator
Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
Salesforce Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain and optimize the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules in Salesforce.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce preferred.
