Purpose of role is to support the Sales Support Team Manager, by assisting with day-to-day management of Sales Support activities, training and development of staff, sourcing of CVs, and organizing interviews for new members of Sales Support. The role also involves assistance with monthly 1:1s, ensuring the team performs within KPIs, proactively highlighting concerns/trends to sales management, and assisting with team reporting for Sales Support and the wider Sales department. Additionally, you will be responsible for core Sales Support activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You will assist with the daily management of Sales Support activities, ensuring completion within set KPIs and in a timely manner. You will highlight issues and concerns to Sales Support Management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will support the team and Sales Support Manager to ensure tasks are evenly distributed and completed efficiently, with a focus on customer and TPI satisfaction. You will also assist in training, mentoring, recruiting junior staff, and generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing sales data for insights.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Managing the Tender Response Administration process for TPI and Direct sales channels.
- Ensuring tenders are accurately logged according to KPIs, with key requests communicated to relevant parties.
- Identifying and querying anomalies in tender data with TPIs and assisting Account Managers to improve data quality.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate tracking systems.
- Liaising with Commercial and Operations departments on tender and contract queries. Creating and sending contract offers to TPIs, Account Managers, and BDMs. Supporting Account Managers in obtaining price feedback where necessary.
- Answering incoming calls on the Sales Line, managing queries and complaints.

- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
