Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience
• Fire sprinkler design/PM experience and thorough understanding of construction documents and plans
• NICET certification
