Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Grand Rapids,MI. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience within a customer/shipper-facing sales role at a freight brokerage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
